Guide for Exhibitors - AFS-NPIC 2008
The Trade Show will be held in the Whatcom Hall at the Lakeway Inn in Bellingham, along with the poster displays. You may set up exhibits and displays beginning on Monday afternoon, March 3 but not later than 2 PM on Tuesday, March 4. All coffee breaks will be in this room to maximize exposure to your exhibits and the posters. The first coffee break is at 3 PM on Tuesday. There is also a dedicated Poster and Trade Show Social 6:30 PM - 9 PM on Tuesday. There is a second social event in the same room on Wednesday evening, beginning at 5:30. Please leave your display exhibited until after the morning coffee break on Thursday, March 6. There is plenty of floor space in the Whatcom Hall. If you have specific power needs, please bring extension cords. We also request that you make every effort to reduce noise during the non-break hours because the plenary and two concurrent sessions will be occurring in the rooms just adjacent to the Trade Show hall.
