Oral Presentation Guidelines

Please submit abstracts by January 31st via the on-line abstract submission form.

Talks are scheduled for 20-minute slots (except a few are 40 minutes). Please allow time within the 20-minutes for Q&A. The session chairs will be keeping you on time. Because we have concurrent sessions, there is no allowance for going over your allotted time slot.

Please use Microsoft PowerPoint for visuals. Bring your presentation to the conference on a thumb drive or CD. As soon as you arrive at the conference, please go to Registration to have your presentation uploaded to the program computers. If you will or do arrive within 30 minutes before your session begins, take your thumb drive or CD to the assigned room, and have it loaded onto the computer at the break before your session begins. If you think your arrival will be tight, you may also send your Powerpoint presentation to Larry Dominguez by February 29. Please name your presentation file with your last name.

If you have video clips as part of your presentation, please contact Larry Dominguez well in advance of February 29 to make specific arrangements.
